Monthly Giveaway Ends Wed. Jan 13, Alaska photos & a few cards!


Hello and welcome!

Before getting to my cards today I wanted to remind you of the giveaway I'm having that ends at midnight Alaska time on Wednesday, January 13th... my birthday! With the holidays I've had extra days off work and so have been having fun making cards! I love it! Here are a few of the cards I've done. These are with the new MFT (My Favorite Things) Blueprints #26 dies only... no stamping! I feel these two cards are masculine oriented as black and white (with pops of color on the second card) are classic, clean and remind me of a tuxedo.

Next up is with the same die set but with dies of confetti for a pop of party colors:

MFT Die-namics Blueprints #26 balloon, string "birthday", tag, bow, Papertrey Ink Shaker Shapes: Balloon (confetti only), Clearly Besotted "happy" die, white gel pen, on Gina K Designs base weight card stock.

I adore this set from My Favorite Things and will be using it often!

One last picture of my husband and I walking last week on the 300 acre farm in Alaska we live on and the cabin we live in. (Talkeetna Mountains behind us and Chugach Mountains on the other side of the cabin).

    Beautiful birthday card! Love the black and white with pops of color!
    One day I hope to be brave enough to add my own handwriting to a card front, such a special touch!!!
